Well, the 800D has the newer 24MP sensor, more AF points, more battery-life, slightly higher FPS and slightly higher ISO. The thing that would draw me towards the 800D over the 700D is the better processor, and battery. Its also slightly smaller. The higher resolution is nice but it depends on your usecase (and lens).
